All orders are shipped from Austin, TX via USPS. Only domestic orders are accepted.
Gift Wrap:
Gift wrap is available for $5 per box. Please request when ordering.
Shipping:
First Class Shipping - $5 for the first item to one address, $1 per additional item to same address.
Priority Shipping - $7 for the first item to one address, $1 per additional item to same address.
Returns:
Unworn and undamaged jewelry pieces purchased from Pei-San's Custom Jewelry Designs are accepted as returns with full refunds if they are returned within 30 days of delivery. Please e-mail Pei-San at designer.peisan@gmail.com to begin the return process - this must be done prior to mailing the jewelry back to Pei-San.
Repairs:
Repairs must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Size Adjustments:
Size adjustments are $10 per piece plus the cost of materials, and must be requested within 30 days of delivery. E-mail designer.peisan@gmail.com for an estimate on the cost of a size adjustment.
